[pct-l] Section D conditions

Here in the San Francisco Bay Area the sky is crying again and I have begun
to realize that it may still be raining for my planned section hike from
Lake Baldwin to Tehachapi Pass, which starts in 2 weeks. Can anyone tell me
how much snow we might encounter in Section D and if I should be very
concerned about it or just well-prepared? And if the latter, do you have any
recommendations for equipment etc.?
