Using the grab points on a graphic to re-shape/re-size it will also distort
it - really a bad thing for a map whe you start trying to measure distances.
Try this.
1. Select the map of your choice at hikertrash.net and display it
2. Right-click anywhere on the image
3. Select SAVE PICTURE AS
4. Give it a name and save it to your computer anyplace you like
5. open MS Paint (comes with Windows)
6. Select File - Open give it the path to your saved map
7. Select File - Page Setup - Margins reduce to 0 (Paint will default to
its lowest possible 0.116
8. Select File - Print Preview
9. If you like what you see, select PRINT
10. BINGO - there's your map
If you don't want or need the elevation profile across the top, you can
always use Cut and Paste within MSPaint to move the map up to cover it.
