[pct-l] Parking cars in Section A?

there's a sizeable pullout for cars at the NE corner of scissors crossing
(hwy 78) on the west side of S2, I've had a water cache dissappear there
before though, not sure I'd leave a new volvo there for any length of
time.....

Someone else may know the official rule for leaving a car at the actual
southern terminus parking area, but there is plenty street parking in
Campo....
