[pct-l] southbound start date



I'm looking at launch dates between May 1 and May 15.  There was less than 3 
ft of snow on the northern passes before this current storm arrived.  I've 
been watching the weather stations located along the WA PCT, below are links 
to their data.

Another thing to think about if you're doing a SoBo is if the services 
offered at your resupply points will be available this early in the season.  
Some of the towns, such as Stehekin, look like they start coming alive after 
June 1.
