[pct-l] Water Purifier/Filter?

About the last item to complete my equipment list is a water
purifier/filter. I am looking for ease of use, cost effective, weight,
and quality of water. I will be hiking the PCT in sections this
spring/summer.
What are your recommendations and experiences?
