[pct-l] Books for tent reading

I set up a short reading list on my website. Pretty much all of the 
books are geared towards thru-hiking in one way or another, but you 
might find something you had missed before.

Buck Tilton's Wilderness First Responder (the de facto book on first aid)
Conditioning for Outdoor Fitness (an excellent conditioning book)
Mountaineering: Freedom of the Hills (A+ for content).
