[pct-l] how NOT to enter Canada

Yeah , this was quite the story here locally... ( I am in Winnipeg).....the 
poor guy really was frost bitten , quite severely too....  and of course his 
luck had the weekend  that he did this as a very cold one.... not our usual 
" spring thaw"....
