You're correct, of course. It's not 1st class, it's Parcel 
Post or even Parcel Select? It's the slow way of mailing 
that buys you time. That is the point.

Put another way, for simple-minded buffoons such as
myself, it's the one where they don't put the Priority Mail 
tape on the box.
