[pct-l] Starting PCT in Late March

I'm planning on starting the PCT at Campo in late March and hiking through to Idyllwild.  What kind of trail conditions should I expect?  Should I pack snowshoes, crampons, ice ax, a zero degree sleeping bag....  Any advice as to what to bring or not bring would be great.  What about water supplies?
