When I see the bleached bones of a dead cow within a wilderness range permit
allotment, I consider it a good omen. This personal view of a dead
cow that a rancher paid about $2.50 a month to trash our wilderness
treasures,
in respect to my paying the usfs demo fees, permit fees, etc; gives me a
warm
and fuzzy feeling. May there be many bleached cow bones along our wilderness
travels.
