[pct-l] Entrance into Canada

I sent it out about a week after sending out my pct permit application.  
I got it back today, but I'm still waiting on the pct permit. Of course  
I know the pcta got my application because they debited my credit card  
a week ago.  I suppose charging the credit card is a greater priority   
than sending back the permit ;-)
