Hi Fringe Toast,
    You are unlikely to find anyone here who wants to commit themselves to
hiking with you for any specific period of time.  This is not because they
aren't friendly.  It's just that everyone has to "hike their own hike."  So,
they don't want to be tied down to someone (basically a stranger) who they
have to meet somewhere.  That said, I would guess that just about anyone
here would love to hike with you informally.  We're all a pretty friendly
bunch.  You should look into what an "average" thru-hiker schedule is and
try to catch the pack somewhere.  The easiest place to do this is going to
be hiking out of Lake Morena on Apr. 24 after the Kick-off.  And if you re
