[pct-l] How much fuel to pack?

All I ever ate on the trail were energy bars and other
foods that are ready to eat out of the package such as
dates. No stove. No Fuel. No cup, pot or utensils. My
body weight was stable, my energy levels were stable
and I eliminated about a pound of dead weight in
cooking gear.
