[pct-l] Barrel Springs - not flowing at the moment

Hey Ralph
Barrel Springs is full and clear!  Tastes very clean.
The cement trough is about 2" from the top with a big steady trickle.
That was 8 or 9 days ago.

I just sent the info to AsABat two days ago.
