[pct-l] Fear



Nice comment John...I sent it to my work-aholic fiance!

It is like running...I did a few marathons...do I eat to run; or run to eat?

(Substitute hike/bike/climb/etc for run and repeat quote!)

I clearly love to run.-- that is life itself too....therefore I eat to 
run.. but I love a great meal too!! That's livin!

Work to live! Not live to work...I semi-retired 6 years ago and have not 
had one regret! (well maybe
one--- that I did quit sooner!!)

In both cases you stay leaner and more fit: mentally and physcially!


Not makin much sense...just got back from a great run along the Pacific 
coast at Marin headlands...
