[pct-l] Revisions - PCT Post Holer

A new feature has been added to the Post Holer snow chart. It's
what I call the 'Sierra Entry Indicator', take a look at:

   http://delnorteresort.com/cgi-bin/postHoler

It's purpose is to suggest a departure date from Kennedy Meadows
to points north. This should not be confused with Striders annual
departure forecast. 

This tool uses current data, not predicted data from some point
in the future. It's greatest relevance will be on April 1st (irony, I know :)
