[pct-l]16+ mi. dry stretches



I wouldn't hesitate to flag down the border patrol for water or any
other reason. The ones that I talked to were very friendly. When I
reached Hauser Creek last year, I still had plenty of water, but stopped
anyway for a quick nap. Within 5 minutes a border van was stopped on the
road above me asking me if I was OK. Just remember to speak English!
