Here are a few ideas you might find useful.
1. Keep things fresh in air sealed jars. You can buy them at Walmart or
other similar stores. They come in many sizes. Use them for:
- Keep GROPE, granola, crackers, noodles, popcorn, etc., fresh for
backpacking and general use.
- Keep opened shoe polish and glues from hardening.
- Keep cough drops and other medicines fresher.
- Extra protection for dehydrated food and drink packages.
- Keep hard candy fresher. I like Life Savers individually packaged
favors.
2. New compact cameras for backpacking.
- Canon PowerShot S70
- Fujifilm FinePix E550
- Olympus Camedia C-7000 Zoom
