Ray,
I'm sure you'll get a plethora of additional comments. However, the PCT is
closed to bicycle traffic. It's written into the Federal statue that
established the trail. It's designated a foot or horse trail.
That said, there are numerous backcountry (Forest Service) roads that
parallel the PCT through Oregon. Many of which could give you a quality
experience.
