[pct-l] hitching in WA



Hitching on Interstates is 100% illegal in Washington.  I don't think it is illegal on US highways or state roads except near prisons.  Unless you have a real hankering to come into Seattle, or you really want to hit up Cle Elum instead of Snoqualmie for supplies, there is no reason to hitch on an interstate in WA.
