[pct-l] resupply question

I like to resupply as I go due to convenience and the fact that I am just looking for calories, with as much fat as I can find. At home is a different story. However, you can still do a pretty good job along the trail. Er, a sort of good job. Most gas stations have different kinds of nuts, and pork skins can be a real change of pace. However, here are some places where you can get at regular grocery stores.
Idyllwild - Good sized store with everything, although I don't recall seeing tofu.
Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake City - Big time superstores. Not sure if they have a health food store, though.
Agua Dulce - Get a lift into Santa Clarita, I think it is, where there are huge stores.
Mojave - Big supermarket in town.
South Lake Tahoe - Big time stores, but you should spend most of your time at the AYCE casinos.
Chester - You have to go in and eat at the Kopper Kettle anyways. Big store.
Mount Shasta City - Hitch from Castella/Dunsmuir. Big store and, if I recall correctly from the fog of four years ago, a health food store.
Ashland - Duh.
Sisters - Big, huge store.
That is the last place with a big store unless you hitch out. Cascade Locks has a medium sized store, which I think is grand but might not suit you. Hood River might have something.
