I'd wait and see.  As noted here earlier by Mr. Peterson, many places in  
the Sierra remain at 65-75% of April 1 normal.  Already the weather's  
clearing, here on the Coast, and there's nothing serious in the immediate  
offing.  Many places may be above average for January, but remain below  
average for the season.  2005 could yet turn out to be another drought  
year.
