[pct-l] Photos of the PCT at Deep Creek Hot Springs

Great pictures Craig,

I wonder what happens to hot pools when they are invaded by rushing
waters...
The year of the land slides in Washington State in the section Stevens Pass
to Rainey Pass, the Kennedy Hot Springs and nearby Ranger Station were
buried in a massive land slide. I wondered at the time if they would ever
reappear.
Thanks again for the pictures, the munchkins are pretty cute also.
Cheers,
Marge, the old gal

A very determined Deep Creek Hot Springs regular hiked to the north
overlook of the hot springs yesterday. The pools that normally overlook the
creek are flooded. Based on evidence (large logs), the creek was recently
several feet higher than when he took his pictures! You can see the PCT in
many of these photos.
