Good news, and bad news.

Good News - Today is sunny and dry. No rain at all for the first time in a
week.

Bad news - It is supposed to start raining again tomorrow. And the really
bad news is the 1/12/05 forecast says we may get snow. SNOW! We are 20 miles
from the ocean and our elevation is 300 feet. Look out.
