[pct-l] Guidebook map D7 & Pg. 175 text

Hiked D this year, however did this particular stretch W to E.  Don't 
remember seeing a trail marker where the trail splits from the road (merged 
with the road for me), but the split is readily identifiable.  There are two 
discrepancies between text and map.  One is that the text reads "north up a 
ravine", but map shows trail going west from the campground.  The turn north 
up ravine is simply too short to be depicted on the map at the scale used. 
The other discrepancy is that the road described in the text is not shown on 
the map.
