[pct-l] Trail Crest Pass

I dug out our CDT guides to look at a couple of areas. The official route
(CDTA) is supposed to cross Grays Peak (14,270) and later Whale Peak
(12,990). The CDTS (and alternate CDTA) crosses Parry Peak (13,391), James
Peak (13,294), Bancroft (13,250), Eva Peak (13,130), Mt Flora (13,132) in
one exciting day's trip. The "passes" between them are listed at approx
12,500. Mt Elbert (14,440) and Mt Massive (14,428) are just off the CDT just
north of Twin Lakes.

There is another place listed as over 13,000 feet south of Lake City on the
cattle driveway. I think it was below Bent Mtn. I even noticed a 12,900
foot pass with a lake on the divide in that area. The Weminuche is a
wonderland.

I think the high point on CDT is around 13,400 ft. Eventually, it supposed
to cross two 14,000 footers. As it is, several 14'ers are a short detour
off
trail. If I remember correctly, the highest pass is 12,600.
