[pct-l] Deep Creek Hot Springs

When I hiked this section, I camped near the end of the old aqueduct
north of Deep Creek Hot Spring, just before the trail reaches the
spillway. It was quiet, relatively secluded, with plenty of flat ground.
Better IMO that what you'll find either at the spring or below the
spillway. Be sure to fill your water bottles at Deep Creek though, since
it's a dry camp.
