If the phone has crapped out, there are several places directly across 
the street from the cafe.  One was a commercial open air venture 
(nursery?), and the other appeared to be a dwelling.  How late were you 
planning on arriving.  If you can predict it fairly accurately, (+- 30 
minutes), you can probably arrange an effective pickup from Bear over at 
Hiker's Oasis in Anza.
