[pct-l] A Window of Opportunity



Those of you who this last year had a chance to ride Skip
Wilder's shuttle service along the eastern escarpment of the Sierra
recall his new Excursion.  Perhaps such a circumstance is the only
politically correct time to use such a vehicle.

Alas (Hooray?) even those days may now be dwindling.  Ford has
announced its intent to discontinue the model.

Skip's a good man.  Sure is a comfortable car.  Sure is a gas hog.  For
sure not much else out there.

YARTS is north of there, reaches only as far south as Mammouth.
