I have found this list good for trail cooking, some require very little  
fuel.

substitute it with a 7 oz pre-packed pasta of my choice

Vegetable Kofta Pilaf pre cooked just add  three tablespoons of water and heat.

Cheddar &  Creamy potato soup plus others. 
_www.oregonchai.com_ (http://www.oregonchai.com)    An excellent beverage in 
place of  instant coffee. Can buy at REI 
Panni Bavarian  Potato Pancake mix   1 800 418 2365 Great with soup, easy to  
make 
Sweet Sue Home  style Selections.   1 800  633 3294  Beef Stew & Chicken  
Marinara 10 oz pouch. Just  heat and serve.  
Manwich BBQ Sauce  with Ground Meat  *   800 457 4178   Cold  lunch over pita 
bread.
