[pct-l] cache 22

Those of you who have hiked this section in the last couple of years: how
dependable is Cache 22 on the Hat Creek Rim? I usually don't like to depend
on caches as a main water source, but l don't like the sound of leaving Old
Station w/ 7 liters of water...
