[pct-l] ultralight packs



Hi Suge,

What a coincidence, I was just reading Yogi's PCT Handbook (again)  and you are one of the content contributors.   It is good to see that you are still active and willing to share your hiking and gear experiences..

Yeah.
One must do what one must do...
Considered going without this one time (horrors, and the moment passed), but I figured, after 20 miles, the lights of Anza from Combs Peak just wouldn't be bearable without my little slice of civilization. I'll be packing one oilcan in!

ALMOST considered slack packing, but I know my buddy Bill would never let me live that down...
