[pct-l] caloriic burn rate by body weight and activity



Ack... I lost track that this was pct-l rather than lists where people
tend to go on shorter trips.  I think Steve's 4000Kcal/day is closer
to what people would need at the start of PCT.  My 2000kcal is tied
into a goal of losing weight (still not at my ideal weight... but
getting closer) and being in warm weather.  As it gets colder I take
more food.
