[pct-l] stretching?



Hey everyone;

I'm curious if anyone out there on the PCT did and/or found it useful
for a good stretching program. I would think that if we're shaving
grams in an attempt to avoid injury from heavy loads and speed our
trip up, that proper stretching would be pretty important as well,
since well stretched muscles are much less prone to injury, and having
good range improves performance to a crazy degree.

I just noticed that, in town, when I go hiking for a few hours, I tend
to warm down properly and conduct good stretching, but often when I go
backpacking I'm too tired, or for whatever reason it's just not in the
cards.

Thoughts / theories?
