I have trouble sleeping a couple nights a month, it's probably a
hormonal thing. When it occurs on the trail I either have a double rum
toddy (rum/decaf/hot cocoa) at bedtime or
if I don't have rum (horrors) I take a dose of benadryl, which knocks me
right out.
