[pct-l] Forests to Close Until Rainfall

Hey 
 
Just got my last hike in the Angeles. Is it a coincident that the local  
police had to stop Road Blocks along the 210 to nab Drunken Drivers because they  
were catching to many illegels and the closing of the forest during the 
Billion  dollar Pot Harvesting Season in our National Forests..
