[pct-l] Forests to Close Until Rainfall

Hi I just spoke to a USDA Forest Service Ranger at Mill Creek Station.
1600hrs. on Sunday the 26th of September. He said that they did not know of
any closer of the PCT from (where I want to hike) Mission Creek to Crab
Flats. He did not know of any total closer through out Southern California.
He would have been told on Friday if it were going to take place tonight.
