[pct-l] Annual So. Calif. Pot Harvest Warning

	In addition to our annual high-fire-danger season, this is the
annual pot-harvesting season in Southern California.  Be wary, avoid
people with guns and irrigation pipes in the forest, avoid people with
guns and helicopters in the forest, reconsider any off-trail
cross-country hikes through remote areas of the forest, etc.  As with
last year's San Jacinto bust, some of the unlawful pot farms are
within a few miles of the PCT.
