[pct-l] Is Old Snowy Mtn in Goat Rocks passable

I'm taking a crew of Boy Scouts from Mt Adams to White Pass on Hwy 12 in
Washington next week.  Has anyone recently traveled over Old Snowy
Mountain and is that section of the PCT passable without Ice Axes and
Crampons?
