When I was there in the late spring there were charging $5.00 bucks for holding packages that were mailed, since they had to travel 30 miles to Bend to pick them up.  It was no charge if they were sent UPS, although it is much tougher to return packages by UPS.
It may be worth a phone call since the managers seem to change frequently.
