[pct-l] Hwy 299- PCT handbook Directions to Burney?

"Yogi's PCT Handbook" (that's the full title of the book) incorrectly says
about Burney on page 229:
"Hitch 7 miles to the right on Highway 299."

I've bcc'd this message to her for her information, although she's on the
CDT this year.
