[pct-l] bear boxes/permanent damage

   What ever happen to the Goat Lady. Not our Goat Lady from Oregon. I 
believe she went by the name of Nel or Mel. I often seen her posts and met her once 
on the JMT. She knew quite a lot about the High Sierra.
