[pct-l] bear cans and vintage trail markers

Personally, I'm waiting for the clear "bear vault" cans to be approved...
Those seem to be an improvement over the old black cans...

since we're on the subject, it occured to me there're a bunch of folks who'd
prolly be happy to sell a vintage trail marker on EBAY for $200.00 in a
heartbeat, but few who will shell out $200.00 for a proper light bear can.
