[pct-l] San Felipe Hills Water Cache

Rob Denner and I resupplied the water cache in the San Felipe Hills today by 
moving the 10 gallons from it's location by the BIG Square Post to the 
trail-side water cache at the Third Gate.

There were 19 gallons still available when we arrived; relocating the ten 
gallons from the Post left the water cache quantity at 29 gallons. 

This was our LAST resupply at this location for 2004! 

We will visit the cache site in Mid-June to clean up and remove ALL water 
jugs, empty or full (all will probably be empty by then).
