[pct-l] Fuller Ridge - San Jacinto Mountains - trail conditions

I'm sending this on behalf of my husband who is currently on the PCT.  He 
will be reaching the San Jacinto Mountain area (Fuller Ridge) in about a 
week and wanted me to check on the snow & ice conditions.  I know there's 
been a heat wave out there, so I doubt that snow or ice will be a factor, 
but I wanted to check on the trail conditions for him anyway.
