[pct-l] tough choices

Try the convertible pants with this option: when you want the shorts only,
put the zipped-together pants on, then unzip the legs and roll them down
into your socks. It looks really dorky (swollen ankle impression), but it
works - my husband swears by the technique. I don't use convertible pants
myself, and if I could, I'd probably opt for this method. The legs come out
of the socks in a flash, and can be zipped to the shorts in record time - no
need to take off your shoes to get the pant legs on.

Ok yall,

Here are the choices:

1. gramicci quick dry pants and nike soccer shorts - 14.5 ounces
2. one pair rei sahara convertable pants - 13.5 ounces

I guess I'm just wondering if I'll want seperate shorts and pants or just
the combo. The weight is within 1.5 ounces - so the choice doesn't really
matter weight wise, both are amost equal weights...

what ya think?
Joe
