For the years that I have been maintaining the water report for this section, ('99 or '00, can't remember) Tylerhorse has held up pretty well through the season.  I am curious as to the source of the water.  Rain drainage doesn't make sense or account for the volume sometimes late into the season.  I'd be interested if anyone knows.
