[pct-l] mojave water report

There is a good road going out to the cement trough... It's a little over 16 miles from the 138 trailhead...  
I talked to a crew working on the aqueduct on the way up there yesterday, and they said the entire aqueduct pipeline  was turned off while there're working on it..but didn't know for how long..
I'll try to find out though.. I'll email bob chaney, and see what he knows..
