I would like to day hike the Deep Creek part of Section C this Saturday or Sunday.It is 28.7 miles from Little Bear Springs Trail Camp near Fawnskin (Big Bear) to Highway 173 near the Mojave River Forks Dam. Elevation drops from 6,600' to 3,190', so this is "all downhill." (Well, mostly downhill!) This will be a first-light to sunset hike. If anyone is interested please email me by Friday morning.
