[pct-l] water on rail

My father is planning to backpack from Scissors crossing to Hwy 74. He does
 not have a computer. He would 
like me to find out if anyone knows that
there are any trial angels who drop water off on that 
part of the trail.
If anyone knows anything about water on that part of the trail
please let me know!
